Award wins for Allsop Letting and Management

Allsop has been awarded first place in the Complete Landlord category in the HomeViews 2019 National Build To Rent 2019 Report and awards – a category encompassing different types of providers that operate or manage a rental only building where they are responsible for all services. This makes Allsop the most well-regarded Build to Rent provider nationwide.

The Trilogy Manchester and The Forge Newcastle, both Moorfield Group Build to Rent (“BTR”) schemes professionally let and managed by Allsop, were included in the top 10 build to rent developments in the UK. The Trilogy Manchester topped the list with a rating of 4.77 out of 5.

HomeViews which has been dubbed the ‘Tripadvisor’ of the new build development industry now lists over 900 Build To Rent and Build To Sell developments across the UK with over 8,000 reviews (87% are independently verified). The HomeViews Insights 2019 National Build To Rent Report and awards, which were presented at the UKAA conference on 31st October, represent the reviews of 5,000 tenants living in new build developments.
