Before reporting a problem, please note that Allsop’s management of the property does not extend to odd jobs. As a resident, you will be expected to replace light bulbs or electric fuses, unblock sinks, tend garden areas and keep ground floor guttering clear of leaves.
To help with maintenance issues we have provided the checklists below which may help to resolve the problem. Please take the steps outlined in the checklist for each issue before contacting your Property Manager. If the problem persists after following these steps then the information you collect will help us identify and deal with the problem quicker when you contact us.
