After the tenancy agreement has been signed and we have received the rent and deposit payment, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your agreed move in date.
On your move in day an Allsop representative will meet you at the property. They will carry out an inventory check, complete the final face-to-face ID checks (if identification documents have not already been checked) and answer any questions you may have. When all the final checks have been made they they will then hand over the keys to your new home!
The purpose of the inventory is to provide an accurate report of the condition of the property on the date you move in. If there are any issues which arise during the inventory please let our representative know and they will contact your Property Manager to deal with them. We will then send you a copy of the inventory and would advise you to retain this copy for your records. If you have any comments about the inventory then please contact us within seven days of receiving it, so that we can promptly address and resolve any issues and ensure that you are happy and settled in your new home.
